Brian Carter
Brian Carter is the Middle East Portfolio Manager at the Critical Threats Project at the American Enterprise Institute. He focuses on the activity of Iran and its partners across the Middle East. Brian received his M.A. in International Affairs from American University's School of International Service. He graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.A. in Politics and International Affairs.
