Afghan officials will reportedly press Pakistani Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar for greater “access to Taliban leaders” during her one-day visit to Kabul on February 1. Khar will be in Kabul to discuss reconciliation and peace plans with Afghanistan prior to a meeting between Afghan government officials and Taliban representatives in Saudi Arabia.
